1. What We Collect

  • Wallet addresses
  • Social handles (once you've mapped and verified them)
  • Usage logs/analytics (feature usage, API request logs)
  • Public data points (e.g. follower/following counts from X.com, Farcaster)

We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or support correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate and verify linked accounts
  • To power your Memory identity and surface linked-accounts via API
  • To perform profiling operations you've consented to (see "Profiling & Consent" below)
  • To analyze aggregate usage and improve the Service

3. Profiling & Consent

For UK/EU residents (and by choice, all users), we require separate, explicit consent for:

  • Account-mapping
  • Follower-graph analysis
  • Token-eligibility scoring

You may withdraw consent at any time via your account settings; we'll stop processing immediately.

4. Legal Basis

We rely on your consent for profiling operations and on legitimate interest for basic account and analytics functions. You can object or withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with third-party processors (see below).

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for an undefined period (to enable your ongoing use of Memory). You may request deletion or export at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access or export your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for profiling
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Third-Party Processors

  • Vercel: Hosts and serves the Memory web app.
  • Supabase: Stores user profiles, manages authentication and data queries.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
